Addy oversees the contextual and technical development of ECO’s Social Media Strategies. He custom-developed ECO’s Media Manager and external News Wire services network.

Media Manager allows staff to upload media releases for efficient distribution. There is a keyword indexing function which provides a searchable media release archive. Media Manager also has media coverage analysis capacity.

Media Manager has been optimized to ensure that (your) media release is viewable on News aggregators like Google News in less than ten minutes.

ECO owns more than 20 wire services (such as http://www.csrwire.ca). Each wire service caters to a different environmental/sustainability topic or channel.

Most recently, Addy won the Yahoo! sponsored North American Yahoo! HackU Competition in New York (after winning the Canadian competition in 2008) by developing software, over a 24 hour period, that alerts investors to “insider trading impacting companies they are following in real time.

We expect to use his application “Campaign Phone” to integrate our social media activities.
